Summary Details The District of Summerland requires two (2) half-ton, 4WD, extended cab pickup trucks (gasoline) and one (1) half-ton, 4WD, regular cab pickup truck (gasoline) to augment its current fleet of vehicles. Please refer to the RFQ documents for more information. Submission of Quotations To be considered, Quotations must be submitted via bids&tenders electronic bid submission functionality or by email in accordance with the instructions in the RFQ. Quotations must be received no later than the Opportunity Closing Date & Time. It is solely the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Quotation is received on time. There will be no public opening. Term of Engagement The District desires delivery of all the vehicles to occur as quickly as possible. Conditions for Participation and Requirements to Request to Participate Quotations not clearly demonstrating that they meet the following mandatory criteria will be excluded from further consideration in the evaluation process.
The Supplier shall provide the District with proof of the following prior to beginning work on this project:

The District of Summerland is subject to the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (Chapter Nineteen), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter Five), and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement; however, this procurement is not expected to be within the scope of those agreements. |
